A new experimental addition to the B&B. Sough dough loaves & other naughty baked delights are now available to pre-order.
Sough dough is created using a slow fermentation process which breaks down sugars & gluten, making the bread easier to digest, with a reduced glycaemic index & unlocks the nutrients in the grains.
Soughdough Bread
Our sough dough bread is handmade in small batches using a strong bread white flour with a kick of Rye for texture & flavour.
In the future we will be sourcing Welsh Grown & Ground flour but the current ingredients are locally sourced.

The starter we use is a mixture of English Hereford 100+yr old starter and a younger local Welsh starter.

Loaves are £5 each (approx 800g-1kg.)
Preorder is required due to the 2day process

Got a sweet tooth? Sough dough starter can be used to create all sorts of treats including cinnamon rolls, brownies & cakes, Keep an eye on our social media for the weeks special.
How to order?
You can pre-order by contacting Buddy through our Facebook, our Instagram, via our email. We haven't set up a Buddy's Baked Social page yet while it is still experimental & new. You can find all updates & current menu on our B&B social media
